Blue rooms: balcony sea view - Green rooms: balcony garden view.

The difference between "blue" or "green" rooms concerns only the view and not the distance from the sea in fact, all our rooms are very close to the beach (from 5 to 120 meters).

The chosen treatment will remain the same for the whole period of stay.

  • from 20/4 to 27/4 and from 22/9 to 7/10 Some hotel services could be reduced or not available;
  • in half board it is possible to alternate the dinner with the lunch (In half board it is possible to alternate dinner and lunch day by day; you are only required to let the headwaiter know at the breakfast time. Extra discount for skipped meals is not foreseen);
  • for children up to 2 years old the rate will be applied even if the baby cot is brought. The price includes possible baby meals taken together with the meals of other roommates.

All rooms are equipped with TV, mini bar, safe, room services.

Reductions:

  • Children from 3 to 6 years old in added bed 50% reduction
  • from 7 to 12 years old in added bed 30% reduction
  • more than 12 years old in added bed 20% reduction

Offers:

  • Family plan: four people in one bedroom will pay only three full prices instead of the discounts above, if one of them is younger than 12 years old.
  • Honey moon 5% reduction, free "spumante" bottle on arrival.
  • 1 adult + 1 child under 12 years old: 50% reduction for the child only for periods A and C.

Air conditioning available in some rooms; it has to be requested at the time of booking, daily extra charge per room: 10,00€.
Beach Service (beach umbrella, two beach beds or deck chairs, Lifeguard attendance), swimming pool, tennis court, car parking are free of charge for our Guests. The arrival day everyone can have its own umbrella from early morning and the day of departure until the evening.
Small pets are allowed only from 20/4 to 27/4 and from 22/9 to 7/10 and in case of availability of a suitable accommodation.
During the closing period of our restaurant, we do have for our guests very interesting agreements with other restaurants on the island of Elba.

Check-in: guaranteed for 15.00 Check-out: until 10.00 am.

Discounts and promotions are not cumulative.

Cancellation policy: for the reservation the hotel will ask for a deposit about 30% of the estimated cost for the hotel stay and must be received within a specified time. When the hotel receive the deposit the room/s will be definitively booked. If the deposit does not arrive on time, the hotel will be free to cancel your reservation without any consequences. If the booker decides to cancel the reservation by notifying the hotel with 30 or more days in advance of the scheduled date of arrival, the hotel will refund the entire deposit by wire transfer. If the booker decides to cancel the reservation by notifying the hotel with less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival, the hotel will keep the deposit as indemnity for the damage had from the cancellation. If the booker in any way wants to change the reservation (room type, number of people, date of arrival and / or departure) this request will be evaluated and processed to all effects as a cancellation of the previous booking and a new request. The hotel can then decide to retain the deposit under the terms described above.
