The hotel has rooms “blue” with balcony and sea view and “green” rooms with balcony and garden view. Our rooms are placed in various small cottages in the park.

All cottages have a few number of rooms from two to a maximum of twelve – the difference between green and blue rooms concerns only the view and not the distance from the sea, since all rooms are located within about 120 meters from the beach and therefore close to the sea.

All rooms have tv, frigobar, safe, telephone, balcony or patio. Free air conditioning. Netbook, mountain bike and boats rental in hotel.

The chosen treatment will remain the same for the whole period of stay (meals not consumed in half board or full board will be not refunded).

In half board it is possible to alternate dinner and lunch day by day simply alerting the headwaiter of your choice during breakfast time;you can also have a packed lunch instead of the planned meal of the day.

On the arrival day it is possible to have its own umbrella from early morning until the evening of the day of departure.

During the closing period of our restaurant, we have very interesting agreements for our guests with other restaurants on the island of Elba.

Check-in: guaranteed for 15.00 Check-out: until 10.00 am.

The measure of our rooms respect th italian law on tourism (LR 23.3.2000 n. 42): Double rooms minimum 11 sqm; triple rooms minimum 15 sqm and quadruple rooms minimum 19 sqm.

Discounts and promotions are not cumulative.

At the time of booking will be asked for a deposit equal to about 30% of the estimated cost for the stay to be received by the hotel before a date.

When the hotel receive the deposit the room/s will be definitively booked.

If the deposit does not arrive on time, the hotel will be free to cancel your reservation without any consequences.

If the booker decides to cancel the reservation by notifying the hotel with 30 or more days in advance of the scheduled date of arrival, the hotel will refund the entire deposit by wire transfer.

If the booker decides to cancel the reservation by notifying the hotel with less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival, the hotel will keep the deposit as indemnity for the damage had from the cancellation.

If the booker in any way wants to change the reservation (room type, number of people, date of arrival and / or departure) this request will be evaluated and processed to all effects as a cancellation of the previous booking and a new request.

The hotel can then decide to retain the deposit under the terms described above.

In case of early departure, whatever the cause of this (including serious personal and familial cases or cases of force majeure), it will be required to pay the price of accommodation for the days that do not benefit, according to the rules laid down by the italian national contract of hotel.
