1. Offer Details
The "We Assure You Good Weather" offer is promoted by Hotel Capo Sud and aims to encourage bookings for the month of October.
The offer includes a refund of €20.00 per day, per booked room, in the event that more than 4 mm of rain is recorded in the hotel area.

2. Offer Validity
The offer is valid exclusively for bookings made for the month of May 2024. With check-out date no later than 05/18/2024

3. Verification Method
The amount of rainfall will be pre-checked using a professional rain gauge on site and subsequently certified by an independent website. Only the actual consistency between the collected data and that reported by such site will determine the issuance of the voucher.

4. Refund Method
- The refund will be recognized in the form of a voucher worth €20.00 for each day more than 4 mm of rain is recorded.
- The voucher will be delivered to the guest at the time of check-out.
- The voucher can only be used to make a new booking at Hotel Capo Sud during the periods from 21/04/2025 to 17/05/2025 and from 28/09/2025 to 19/10/2025.
- The voucher is not cumulative with other offers or promotions and is not convertible into cash.

5. Voucher Use Conditions
- The voucher is nominal and not transferable.
- Booking with a voucher is subject to hotel availability.
- The voucher must be presented at the time of booking and handed over at the reception at check-in.
- In case of loss or theft of the voucher, no duplicate will be issued and the voucher itself cannot be used.
- The voucher will be recognized only after the guest's actual check-in. No-show cases (failure to show up without cancellation) will not entitle to a refund in the form of a voucher even in case of rain.

6. Miscellaneous
- Hotel Capo Sud reserves the right to modify or revoke the offer at any time, giving notice on its website and/or through its communication channels.
- Any disputes will be resolved according to the laws in force at the competent court of Livorno.

7. Acceptance of the Regulations
Participation in the offer implies full and unconditional acceptance of these regulations.
